Coaching allows an individual to identify desired goals and facilitate moving towards them whilst
overcoming current challenges. Coaching can help in:
- Reaching a decision on a career path and other life goals; - Resolution of dilemmas; - Moving forward quickly with professional support; - The opportunity to share and discuss various issues in total confidence; - Working with someone who is non-judgmental and who gives total support and new perspectives. STEPS WITH A COACH - You and your coach commit to each giving 30 to 60 minutes of your time to have an initial exploratory coaching conversation. This will determine if you would like to engage in a coaching agreement. If so, a forward plan for being coached is developed; - Coaching involves regular communication for a defined period – usually 3 months. You will evaluate your current position, set new clear priority goals and work with the coach to achieve a new level of personal performance in line with your personal values; - The coach will always support you and be totally focused on your outcomes. You will be coached to establish new habits, new insights, new levels of motivation and drive. Your purpose will be clear and you will be stretched and inspired to take up the journey you want to have – you choose; - You will be accountable to each step and action agreed in a structured safe coaching process that can be life changing as you shift your thinking to always being solutions focused.
